Cancellation policy.

Cryotherapy Appointments

Cryotherapy appointments may be cancelled over the phone or online at least 3 hours prior to appointment time. Appointments that need to be cancelled within the 3-hour window must be cancelled over the phone. All Whole Body and Local Cryotherapy Treatments that are missed or cancelled within 3 hours of appointment time are subject to a $25 Cancellation Fee. All appointments are automatically cancelled 5 minutes after the appointment start time in the case of a client no-show.

T-Shock Appointments

All T-Shock treatments can be cancelled without penalty at least 24 hours before the appointment. T-Shock treatments that are cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a $50 Cancellation Fee. No Show/Missed appointments are subject to a $50 Cancellation Fee and $25 re-booking fee to be paid at the time of booking or the next scheduled treatment.

We appreciate the earliest possible notice of cancellation. When appointments are cancelled in advance we are able to schedule another client from our waitlist who otherwise wouldn’t be able to receive treatment that day. Thank you.
